On 7 May 2026, VSL hosted the Data Science & Modelling webinar. The online session was very well received and provided participants with valuable insights into the role of data science and modelling in modern metrology.
During the webinar, VSL discussed how data science, modelling and advanced analytical methods support reliable measurements and well‑founded decision‑making. Practical examples illustrated how these approaches are applied in metrological infrastructures, digitalisation and emerging technologies.
