Feedback
The employees and the management of VSL would like to hear what your experiences are with the services and / or products provided by VSL in order to improve our sevices in the future.
That is why we invite you to share your experiences with us. Your feedback will be treated confidentially by the quality manager who will initiate the necessary actions and when necessary the right employee / manager will contact you. If you would like to submit a complaint, the procedure described below applies.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing via one of the following channels the contact form below by selecting “I would like to submit a complaint”, or Quality@vsl.nl.
If a complaint does not meet the above criteria, VSL may offer the complainant the opportunity to provide additional information. If the criteria are not met, VSL may decide to declare the complaint inadmissible. If the complaint is deemed admissible, it will be processed. VSL will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing and will provide information on the further procedure. Once the complaint has been handled, the completion of the procedure will be confirmed in writing to the complainant.
All complaints are treated confidentially by VSL.
